Basic agreement on using the platform
These terms of service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MBack. By registering on the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these rules.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform. Violation of the agreement may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Cashback and Payouts
Calculation and withdrawal procedure
The cashback amount is based on API data provided by the exchange. Our commitments:
- Calculations are made in real-time (or within 24 hours).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT.
- Payouts are made only via the USDT (TRC-20) network.
- In the event of technical failures, payouts may be delayed for up to 72 hours.
User Responsibilities
What is required of you?
For the stable operation of the platform and a fair environment for everyone, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
01 Multi-accounting
Opening a second account for yourself via your own referral link or registering family members.
02 API Abuse
Creating load by repeatedly sending incorrect, invalid, or fake API keys to the system.
Account Suspension
Consequences of violations
MBack reserves the right to suspend without warning and freeze funds in the following cases: Fraud, Wash Trading, or threat to System security. Blocked accounts cannot be restored and appeals are not accepted.
